We offer both digital downloadable products (PDF worksheets) and physical products.
Please read the policies below carefully, as the return rules differ for each category.

1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

No Refund / No Return

All digital products sold on Homesckool.in are instant downloadable PDFs.
Because these files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the purchase is completed.

This includes:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Wrong product selected
  • Change of mind
  • Didn’t understand the product description
  • File downloaded but not used

Please review all product details and preview images before purchasing.

Download or File Issues

If you face any technical issue such as:

  • Download link not working
  • File not opening
  • Missing pages / corrupted file

We will send a new working file or link with in 1 hour, free of cost.

Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice due to payment gateway error, a refund will be issued after verification

2. Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Physical products (toys, books, stationery, educational items, etc.) come with a 7-day return and replacement policy.

2.1 Eligibility for Return (7 Days)

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a different variant than what you ordered
  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is missing parts

2.2 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Proof (images/videos) of damage or issue must be provided
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must have original packaging, tags, box, and accessories
  • A return request must be made within 7 days

2.3 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned after the 7-day period
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

2.4 Refund Method for Physical Products

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund time may take 7–10 working days depending on the bank or payment gateway

If the issue qualifies for replacement, we will send a free replacement instead of a refund, based on stock availability.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

3. How to Request a Return or Support

4. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Fraudulent behavior is detected
  • The product is returned in used/damaged condition
  • Incorrect or incomplete information is provided
